  • Lynn D Stucky, D.V.M.

    Dr. Stucky received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1983 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in 1981 from Kansas State University.  He moved to the Denton/Sanger area in 1983 and has been in private practice since that time. Dr. Stucky has been active in the community his entire Veterinary career.  He is a graduate of Leadership Denton, former Board of Directors of Sanger Chamber of Commerce, former President of Denton County Veterinary Medical Association, and has served 15 years on the Board of Sanger Independent School District in all capacities including President.  He enjoys both large and small animals with emphasis on companion animals.  He also enjoys preventative care, surgery, reproduction, treatment on dogs, cats, horses and ruminants.  Dr. Stucky has 3 children and loves spending time with them and his wife.

  • Brittani Mendez

    Practice Manager and Lead Technician
    Brittani joined our hospital in March 2014.  She has been in the field over 10 years and loves it! She became practice manager in April 2016.  She is a hard worker and good at all areas in the hospital from surgery, meds and client relations.

  • Courtney Seymour DVM

    Associate Veterinarian           

    Courtney grew up on a cattle ranch where her love for animals was highly influenced by her grandfather. She has wanted to be a veterinarian since the 2nd grade. She graduated from Pilot Point high school and went to Tarleton State University for undergraduate where she received her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a biology minor. She attended Veterinary School at Texas A&M University. Her and her husband Chris wanted to come back around her home town and bought a house in Krugerville where they live with their German Shepherd Sophie and their cat Jazmin. She’s an X-Men enthusiast and HUGE Dallas Mavericks fan and is eager to come home and start her career with the people and area she grew up with.

  • Jeannette Mawyer DVM

    Dr. Mawyer is a 2016 graduate of the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. She has spent her life working with and learning more about horses.  She  received a B.S. in Agriculture degree from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky in 2008, where she majored in Animal Health Technology and minored in Equine Science.  During that time, she was a member of the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association and competed in barrel racing on the Murray State University Rodeo Team.  With her dedication to equine veterinary medicine along with her enthusiasm to work more with small and exotic animal medicine, she has made a great addition to our team.

  • Tina Longoria

    Tina has worked in the Animal Care field since 1999.   She joined our practice in 2005, and we are glad she did.  Her deep love for people and their animals led Tina to the veterinary field.  Tina stays busy with; work, raising her grandson and caring for her many animals at home that she dearly loves.

    Bob joined our office in June '08.  He has been a businessman for over 20 years.  He has 2 dogs which are his buddies. He does a variety of things at the office and is head of inventory.

    Christy joined the practice in 1999. She enjoys her job and can handle just about anything. Her favorite part of the day is surgery! She is helpful in multiple parts of the hospital.

  • Ashley Scheidecker

    Veterinary Technician
    Ashley joined our team January 2013.  She has 3 cats, a dog and 3 chickens.  She has a B.S. in Biology from UNT and is currently taking classes in hopes of going on to nursing school.  Her goal is ultimately to be a midwife.  She is a great asset to our team and takes wonderful care of all pets.
